However, I've tried other Müllerlight yogurts from this Dessert style range such as the Strawberry & Lemon cheesecake flavours which are lovely, so I was expecting great things when I tried this yogurt.

This is a picture of what the yogurt pot actually looks like, it's a 165g pot. It states that the yogurt also has Banoffee cake pieces in it.
The yogurt is sweet and creamy, a pale beige colour. It tastes of toffee, but I couldn't really taste any banana. This yogurt was definitely more of a toffee yogurt than a Banoffee yogurt as it's not very banana-ry at all. The cake pieces are a nice addition to the yogurt and they just add to the yogurt, making it a little thicker and more interesting.
Even though the yogurt lacked a banana taste, it was still lovely as a toffee yogurt.
